(1) Proof of the student status is required upon registration (copy of student card or signed letter by the head of the department). Otherwise, the fee for Industry/Academy will be applied.
Payment
Only payments in Euro (EUR, €) are accepted. Registrations on-site can be paid by creditcard (Eurocard/Mastercard or Visa) or cash in EUR.
Confirmation of registration
A personalised confirmation email including your registration details will be sent to you shortly after having submitted your registration. Look out for an email coming from 'Mieke@momentum-pco.be'.
Approximately 2 weeks before the start of the conference each confirmed participant will receive an email with important practical information.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registration cancellations must be made in writing and received by Momentum no later than May 1, 2013. Cancellations received by this date will be refunded. Registration cancellations received after May 1, 2013 are not subject to a refund.
